PRELIMINARY WORKS IN PUERTO CANCÚN CONTINUE

  • Investment made in access road is more than 60 MM Pesos

Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. April 17, 2004 - The preliminary works in Puerto Cancún continue advancing in accordance with the anticipated schedule. Since works began on December 6, 2003, more than 60 million Pesos have been invested in the main access roads for the land. At the same time, several studies and projects have been made, which confirm a sound advance.

As far as roads are concerned, the first two steps of preliminary works were concluded ahead of schedule. These include the main access roads from Bonampak and Kukulkan Avenues.

On the other hand, the executive projects for the first stage have been concluded. These include:

  • Electric project.
  • Water and sewage project.
  • Irrigation project.
  • Unpaved roads project.
  • Among others.

The green house in Puerto Cancún is in constant growth. To this date we have more than 44 species from the region and the number of plants salvaged is more than 90 thousand; these will be replanted on the grounds and in areas designated by the authorities.

Within the next 30 days, the first stage of lots on Bonampak Avenue will start selling.
