The architectural firms of  EDSA and Artigas Architects used their unique visions to develop a cohesive and innovative master plan for this resort community. The end result is, a waterfront community with an urban design that resembles a masterful fusion of old world Mexico charm, and modern architecture.  The master plan includes areas designated for a mega-yacht marina, championship golf course, resort village, hotel zone, business park, multifamily home sites, and estate home sites. Also included is a conservation area spanning over 270 acres that supports various types of wildlife and 100 different species of plants.
